Part I: Terms of Service

1. Scope of Service & Corporate Framework

Sirevaag Travel AS (hereafter referred to as "the Agency") provides high-end luxury hospitality advising, tailored itinerary management, and custom travel curation services. The Agency operates as a registered corporate entity in Norway (Org.nr. 937 865 309) and functions strictly as an Independent Affiliate of Fora Travel (Fora Travel, Inc.).

As an affiliate of Fora Travel, the Agency leverages institutional partnerships, global preferred supplier portfolios, and wholesale booking integrations to secure distinct value-added benefits for its clientele. All travel arrangements are processed through recognized booking systems backed by Fora Travel’s industry infrastructure.

2. Agency Disclosure & Supplier Relationship

Clients are explicitly informed that Sirevaag Travel AS acts strictly as an intermediary advisor between the traveling client and final hospitality providers, airlines, tour operator portfolios, cruise networks, and destination management companies (collectively referred to as "Third-Party Suppliers").

• The contractual arrangement for actual accommodations, transport, and itineraries exists solely between the Client and the respective Third-Party Supplier.
• Each Third-Party Supplier maintains its own separate Terms and Conditions, cancellation thresholds, baggage allowances, and liability rules. It is the Client’s responsibility to review supplier-specific parameters.
• The Agency is not a direct principal vendor of travel services and does not possess ownership or operational oversight over any properties, vessels, aircraft, or ground vehicles utilized during travel fulfillment.

3. Booking Logistics & Deposits

All financial deposits, final payments, and reservation balances are typically routed directly to the underlying Third-Party Suppliers or processed securely via encrypted verification gateways authorized by Fora Travel. Sirevaag Travel AS does not directly store credit card credentials or handle fluid cash balances for bookings.

Reservations are only guaranteed once the primary Third-Party Supplier processes the required deposit and confirms authorization code validation. The Client acknowledges that pricing changes or inventory variations may occur between the initial advisory quote and final deposit processing by the supplier.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

Should a Client require structural adjustments, date changes, or total cancellations of a confirmed itinerary, the Agency will coordinate directly with the suppliers to mitigate financial exposure. However, the Client remains bound to the supplier's structural refund timelines. Supplier non-refundable components remain strictly non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sirevaag Travel AS, its directors, employees, and corporate parent configurations shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, financial loss, structural delay, or logistical disruption resulting from omissions, mechanics failures, or default conditions of any Third-Party Supplier, or acts of Force Majeure. The Agency strongly mandates that all clients secure comprehensive international luxury travel insurance portfolios before departure.

Part II: GDPR Privacy Policy & Data Security

6. Scope of GDPR Compliance

Operating as a Norwegian corporate entity, Sirevaag Travel AS is legally bound to the highest standards of user safety under the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Agency functions as the primary "Data Controller" for all private assets, logistics, and criteria submitted directly via our digital platform.

7. Data Collection Triggers & Processing

When you interact with the digital consultation framework on sirevaagtravel,com, we collect precise personal data points to initialize your luxury profile. This data collection includes Identity Fields (Full legal name), Communication Channels (Direct email addresses), and Logistical Intakes (Desired global destinations and personal travel notes).

8. Information Routing & Security

Your digital intake profile is never sold, leased, or distributed to third-party ad networks. Input fields from the contact form are securely converted into an encrypted API text stream and routed directly to the secure corporate email system. Necessary details are passed to Fora Travel and final destination suppliers solely to clear live availability blocks and process booking files.

9. Client Rights

Under the GDPR framework, you retain total ownership over your digital footprint. You have the permanent right to request access to your recorded data, request structural corrections to flawed details, or invoke your "Right to be Forgotten," which commands the Agency to permanently purge your files from our active operational logs.
